Sometime before 1905 the display font Tedesca appear in Offenbach, at the Corporation for type foundry and engineering. I digitized the letters and numbers that I found and additionally I added the complete alphabet, special characters, all western European accents and a complete set of Cyrillic characters. Therefore, I decided to give the font a new name, so I named it Germanica. Please donate if you like the font!
