I introduced my eight year old son to the popular 3×3 cubed puzzle by the Hungarian sculptor and professor of architecture Ernő Rubik that celebrated it’s 40th Birthday in 2014.
I taught him how to complete it using the logical method, two years later after many happy hours of teaching and learning he had this great idea for this Rubiks Cube Font. We used a matrix of three 3×3 cubes stacked three high to make a 9×9 grid to pay homage to the original design.
